What we do

Six services that keep a coffee program running

Every job below starts the same way: tell us the make, model and symptom before we drive out, so the visit is a repair instead of a diagnosis. Jump to the one you need.

Breakdown & Emergency Repair

When a machine goes down mid-shift you are not troubleshooting a hobby appliance — you are losing revenue by the hour. Tell us the make, model and symptom and we arrive with the parts that failure usually calls for, not an empty van and a follow-up appointment.

What’s included

  • Diagnosis of boiler, pump, group and electrical faults
  • Steam and brew valve rebuilds
  • Pressurestat, probe and controller replacement
  • Leak tracing and plumbing repair
  • Common wear parts carried on the truck

Preventive Maintenance

Most emergency calls are maintenance that got postponed. A PM visit replaces the parts that are on a known clock — gaskets, screens, filters, seals — and puts the machine back in spec before it starts costing you shots.

What’s included

  • Group gasket and shower screen replacement
  • Full backflush and detergent cycle
  • Steam wand and valve service
  • Water filter change and log
  • Written condition report after every visit

Calibration & Dial-In

An espresso machine drifts. Pump pressure sags, brew temperature wanders, group flow goes uneven and the bar compensates by re-dialing every morning. We measure the machine, correct it, and hand you the readings so you know what changed.

What’s included

  • Pump and brew pressure set under load
  • Boiler and group temperature verification
  • Flow rate balanced across groups
  • Grinder burr alignment and calibration
  • Before-and-after readings documented

Grinder Service & Burr Replacement

Dull burrs quietly wreck consistency long before anyone calls it a breakdown — grind times creep, shots get muddy, and the bar blames the roast. Burrs are a wear item with a real service life, and swapping them on schedule is cheaper than the coffee you waste running past it.

What’s included

  • Burr inspection, replacement and seasoning
  • Carrier and alignment correction
  • Adjustment collar and stepless mechanism rebuild
  • Motor, capacitor and switch diagnosis
  • Full chute and hopper decontamination

Water Treatment & Filtration

Nearly every expensive failure we see traces back to water. We test what is actually coming out of your line, spec filtration or reverse osmosis with the right mineral target for coffee, and install it — including remineralization when RO strips the water too far.

What’s included

  • On-site water testing and hardness analysis
  • Softener, carbon and scale-inhibition systems
  • Reverse osmosis with remineralization dial-in
  • Filter change schedules that match your volume
  • Documented mineral targets for espresso and batch brew

Installation & Equipment Moves

A new machine installed badly behaves like a broken one. We handle placement, water and drain hookup, electrical verification with your electrician, commissioning and staff handover, then leave the machine dialed in rather than merely switched on.

What’s included

  • Water and drain connection for coffee equipment
  • Commissioning and first calibration
  • Equipment relocation and re-leveling
  • Decommissioning and safe storage prep
  • Staff walkthrough on daily care

Not sure which one this is?
Describe the symptom and we’ll sort it out.

Most calls turn out to be a mix of two or three of these. Submit what the machine is doing and we’ll triage it before anyone drives out.
