Questions

Straight answers for Arlington accounts

How fast can you get to a machine that is down?

Most breakdown calls inside the core metroplex are scheduled within one to two business days, and emergency dispatch is available for accounts that are fully down. Tell us the make, model and symptom when you submit the request — that is what lets us arrive with the right parts instead of scheduling a second trip.

Do you work on super-automatic machines?

Yes, most of them — Franke, Eversys, Schaerer, WMF and Jura among others. A few manufacturers restrict parts to their own dealer network; if your machine falls under one of those we will tell you up front rather than take the call and stall.

What does a service call cost?

Labor is billed hourly with a flat call-out fee that covers travel and the first diagnostic period. Parts are quoted before they are ordered, and you approve any repair that goes beyond the original scope before we continue. Maintenance plan accounts get a reduced rate and priority scheduling.

Can you handle the plumbing for an install?

We handle standard coffee equipment water and drain hookups, filtration and RO installs, and equipment relocations. Anything that requires a licensed plumber — new supply lines, backflow certification, permitted work — we coordinate with a licensed plumber rather than working outside our lane.

Do you sell parts?

We source and supply parts for the equipment we service, including gaskets, screens, valves, burrs and filtration. If you maintain your own machines and just need the right part number, get in touch — we would rather you get the correct part than the closest-looking one.

Why does my water matter so much?

Scale from hard water is the single most common cause of expensive failures in commercial coffee equipment, and overly aggressive RO water is corrosive in the other direction. The target is a controlled mineral profile, not simply 'filtered'. We test the line, spec the system and set the mineral levels for the coffee you are actually brewing.
