Six things that keep a coffee program running
Most shops call us for one of these. Plenty of them end up on a plan so they stop calling in a panic.
How it works
Three steps, and none of them are a phone queue
Service companies lose hours to voicemail and vague descriptions. We front-load the diagnosis so the first visit is the only visit.
Tell us what it's doing
Make, model, symptom, and a photo if you have one. Two minutes, no phone tag, and it works at 5am when you find the problem.
It gets an initial check before we drive
Your description is read against the failure patterns for that machine, so the likely cause and the parts it usually needs are on the work order before dispatch.
We arrive stocked and set it right
Repair, calibrate, verify under load. You get the readings and a written condition report, not just a machine that turns on again.

Parts are quoted before they are ordered, and anything beyond the original scope gets your approval first. After-hours and weekend emergency calls are quoted before dispatch. Maintenance plan accounts bill at a reduced rate.
The part nobody budgets for
Most expensive failures start in the water line
Scale eats boilers and valves. Over-stripped RO water eats everything else. The fix is a controlled mineral profile, measured, not a filter someone guessed at three years ago.
- On-site testing of what is actually coming out of your line
- Softening, carbon and scale inhibition sized to your volume
- Reverse osmosis with remineralization dialed in for espresso
- Filter changes tied to real throughput, and logged
If it makes coffee for paying customers, we probably service it

Maintenance plans
Stop paying emergency prices for predictable wear
Gaskets, screens, burrs and filters run on a clock. A plan replaces them on schedule, at a lower rate, with priority scheduling when something does go wrong.
- Complete service history per machine
- Filter changes and PM dates tracked
- Approve quotes without a phone call
- A QR tag on every machine we service

Straight answers
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly and a technician replies, not a call center.
- How fast can you get to a machine that is down?
- Most breakdown calls inside the core metroplex are scheduled within one to two business days, and emergency dispatch is available for accounts that are fully down. Tell us the make, model and symptom when you submit the request. That is what lets us arrive with the right parts instead of scheduling a second trip.
- Do you work on super-automatic machines?
- Yes, most of them: Franke, Eversys, Schaerer, WMF and Jura among others. A few manufacturers restrict parts to their own dealer network; if your machine falls under one of those we will tell you up front rather than take the call and stall.
- What does a service call cost?
- Labor is billed hourly with a flat call-out fee that covers travel and the first diagnostic period. Parts are quoted before they are ordered, and you approve any repair that goes beyond the original scope before we continue. Maintenance plan accounts get a reduced rate and priority scheduling.
- Can you handle the plumbing for an install?
- We handle standard coffee equipment water and drain hookups, filtration and RO installs, and equipment relocations. Anything that requires a licensed plumber (new supply lines, backflow certification, permitted work) we coordinate with one rather than working outside our lane.
- Do you sell parts?
- We source and supply parts for the equipment we service, including gaskets, screens, valves, burrs and filtration. If you maintain your own machines and just need the right part number, get in touch. We would rather you get the correct part than the closest-looking one.
- Why does my water matter so much?
- Scale from hard water is the single most common cause of expensive failures in commercial coffee equipment, and overly aggressive RO water is corrosive in the other direction. The target is a controlled mineral profile, not simply 'filtered'. We test the line, spec the system and set the mineral levels for the coffee you are actually brewing.
Tell us what it’s doing. We’ll tell you what it needs.
Two minutes to submit, checked before anyone drives out, and a written report when we’re done.
